Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Pumpkin Painting Night, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the event organizer.
• Your ticket reserves one seat for the event and includes one pumpkin, painting supplies, food, refreshments, event raffles, and one welcome gift.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in. The event will begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
• If you are unable to attend, your ticket will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed events.
• The Best Painted Pumpkin contest includes a chance to win a $25 gift card. The event organizer will determine the voting/judging process, and the winner will be announced during the event.
• Raffle prizes are subject to availability. Participation in raffles does not guarantee a prize.
• Welcome gifts are provided to each attending guest while supplies are available.
• In the event the organizer must cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to the new date or receive a full refund.
• Participants are responsible for following all venue rules and treating the space with respect. Anyone displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Paint and crafting materials can stain clothing. Please wear attire you are comfortable crafting in.
• By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the event host upon arrival.
